Pleasant hotel, I enjoyed its stunning and excellent location.

location in the heart of the city was a plus. i tried some drinks at wine bar robert's winery, located 5 minutes walk away. the restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner here, i had excellent dishes. there was a stunningly beautiful view of the lake.

Good stay with a view

Waking up to fine lakefront views made my mornings special. The breakfast was a feast, with delicious options and vibrant local flavors. Staff was always attentive and cheerful, completing my stay.

Unfortunately, the room next to mine had very thin walls, letting in noise from other guests frequently. This was somewhat disruptive during the night, affecting my sleep quality.

The rooms suffer from poor insulation leading to noisy nights!!! Cleanliness must be prioritized as mirrors and floors were found in an unkempt state!!! The internet access fees feel outdated in today's hospitality landscape!!!

Couldn't recommend more for a momentary pause

Charming grounds, good breakfast, the staff was attentive , particularly at dinner, and the coffee shop offered a great selection for a quick pick-me-up.

central location for easy access to parks and landmarks

I loved how perfectly this hotel set me up for my weekend of strolling, with gorgeous park views and nearby attractions like the good Badgarten, just a few steps away, allowing me to soak in all the local beauty without having to walk far. The breakfasts were robust and delicious as I enjoyed looking out at the fine landscape.

We were stoked about the comfy beds and amazing lake views, but the shower could've been cleaner as it was pretty neglected. A sweet as stay!

The Double Room Annex was nice, but the WIFI was inconsistent .

The hotel's grounds are stunning, with a beautiful lake view enhancing the stay. Staff were attentive, and breakfast exceeded expectations with a good variety. The external security could use improvement, as I experienced disturbance from a loud incident outside. A charming yet slightly flawed experience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, a lovely restaurant, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with car service. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast with fine views before exploring. I'm coming back for a city trip!

The superior double room lake side provided an amazing view of the gardens and lake. The variety and quality of the breakfast were some of the best I've had while traveling.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the location was perfect, with a beautiful view from lakeside rooms. Despite being in the center of town, it was surprisingly quiet. I also appreciated the convenient parking and the gorgeous garden on the property. I felt fortunate to have chosen this hotel and would definitely return. Cons: Nothing all excellent! 👍.
